Welcome to Mintpress Design. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By purchasing a service, requesting a project, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
About Our Services
Mintpress Design provides website design services, including WordPress website design and WordPress-based online store design, according to the scope agreed upon with the client.
Project Scope
The service includes only the work clearly agreed upon before the project begins. Any additional features, pages, functions, integrations, or revisions outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and a separate agreement.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required in advance before work begins on any project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No project will be started, scheduled, or delivered until payment has been received and confirmed.
Client Information and Content
The client is responsible for providing all required content, details, materials, business information, images, text, login access, and other necessary project information within 2 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If the client delays in providing the required information, the project timeline may be delayed accordingly.
Mintpress Design is not responsible for project delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, or late responses from the client.
Delivery Timeline
The estimated project completion time is up to 15 days starting from the date all required project information, materials, and approvals have been received.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, response times, requested changes, and client delays.
Revisions
Each project includes up to 3 revisions unless otherwise stated.
A revision means a reasonable modification to the approved design or agreed project scope. Requests beyond 3 revisions, or requests involving major changes, redesigns, or additions outside the original agreement, may be charged separately.
Third-Party Services and Payment Gateways
If the client requests the integration of third-party services, plugins, tools, or payment gateways, including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, Tamara, or similar payment solutions, such services remain subject to the terms, technical requirements, approval processes, and policies of the relevant third-party provider.
Mintpress Design provides design and technical integration support only where applicable and does not guarantee approval, activation, continued availability, or acceptance by any third-party service provider.
The client is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all terms, requirements, and policies of the selected third-party provider.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Reviewing submitted work in a timely manner
- Responding to requests, questions, and approvals without unnecessary delay
- Ensuring they have the legal right to use all submitted content, images, logos, text, and materials
Mintpress Design is not responsible for any issues resulting from inaccurate information, missing materials, copyright violations in client-provided content, or third-party restrictions.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and custom website design services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If a refund is considered before the project begins, it may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refund will be guaranteed for completed work, partially completed work, approved work, or delays caused by the client.
Project Suspension or Cancellation
Mintpress Design reserves the right to suspend, delay, or cancel a project if:
- The client fails to provide required information
- The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period
- The client breaches these Terms
- The project includes unlawful, misleading, abusive, or prohibited content
In such cases, previously paid amounts may be non-refundable depending on the stage of work already completed.
Intellectual Property
The client remains responsible for all content they provide.
Final project files or website access may be delivered after full payment is completed. Until full payment is received, all designs, drafts, and work created by Mintpress Design remain the property of Mintpress Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Mintpress Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or third-party service interruptions.
We do not guarantee that third-party platforms, plugins, hosting services, payment gateways, or external services will remain continuously available or error-free.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updated version will become effective once published on this website.
